Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) in Milton Keynes
RLD is a specific reflexology sequence of movements which help with lymphatic system drainage in the body. The process works by focusing the treatment on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet, to in turn stimulate the function of the lymphatic system and drain excess lymph.
This unique RLD sequence has been researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care. Penny has completed training in 2021, in this specific type of Reflexology and has been seeing incredible results from her clients.
RLD has shown success in treating clients after Cancer treatments, to help with lymphoedema swelling throughout the body, as well as non-cancer related conditions, such as autoimmune disorders, stress, fluid retention, oedema etc.
Lymphatic drainage massage (MLD) treats a number of conditions/symptoms such as premenstrual syndrome, aches and pains, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, arthritis, eczema, asthma, ME, MS, sinus congestion, headaches and migraines and RLD is used to treat similarly.
In this session, reflexology will be performed on the feet.
This is a 60 minute appointment in our crystal shop and holistic centre. First time reflexology clients will need to complete paperwork ahead of, or during the session.
