Reiki, Reflexology and Crystal Shop in Milton Keynes - Penny Alterskye

So, what exactly is Crystal Reiki? Simply put, it is a Reiki session, where crystals and specific crystal grids are added into the Usui Reiki treatment. 

People often ask me if it makes any difference to the energy of the crystals if they have been tumbled or left rough and in a raw state, and in my opinion, it makes no difference at all.  

Finding a new crystal shop/spiritual shop to explore is a really exciting activity. Even though I own my business Clarity of Sight, I still love to explore other people’s shops. For me it is about the feel of the shop when you walk in.

Do you know what your chakras are? Have you heard about them? We all have them. We are born with them, and we have them throughout our lifetime. The job of each chakra is to receive, assimilate, and distribute energy throughout the body.

Numbers are all around us. We are born with numbers, in our birthdate, time of birth, place of birth and our names. All these numbers mean something from a numerical point of view.

I am delighted to announce that I am fully registered with the CNHC for both Reflexology and Reiki. This means a great deal to me as it shows my commitment to working with my clients, to help them improve balance and health throughout their treatments, offering lifestyle improvements to assist their health and wellbeing.

The question I was most recently asked was "what is the best protection when reading for yourself or others... or is a daily white light prayer we can say once daily is that enough or should we do protection every reading or every time we connect in."

I’m trying to view the world in a more positive light and would like to introduce crystals into my life this year. What crystals do you suggest I carry with me to feel a stronger sense of positivity?

So, what is energy? Everything is made up of energy particles. Human beings are energy, crystals are energy, trees and plants and animals are energy too. I am going to focus on people for now and clearing negative energy.

Taking control of your life means finding what is out of balance and putting it back into balance. All human beings are beings of energy and that energy is what needs balancing to ensure that they are functioning at their optimum regarding physical, emotional, spiritual and mental factors.

Yellow is a wonderful colour to start your colour journey.  It is the colour associated with your solar plexus (stomach) which is a place of deep seated emotions and is where we hold our fears.  

As crystals work with a person's own energy and needs, they will extract any negative/obsolete energy from the person that is no longer needed by them.  This negative energy is stored and needs to be released from the crystal so that the crystal is at its optimum to help you once more.
