Beginners Crystal Workshop with Penny Alterskye
This course is a full day workshop from 9am until 5:30pm. It takes place in Milton Keynes, at our Holistic Centre and Crystal Shop in Linford Wood. The course is split into 2 parts.
The aim of this course is to be a fun and interactive class.

- Male and Female quartz crystals and how to use them
- Balancing Chakras using pendulums, male and female quartz - practical session
- Difference between natural and man-made crystals

Grounding Meditation
Course fee includes a Crystal Chakra set (8 crystals) plus a male and female quartz point and a pendulum (all valued at over £20). You will receive your crystal packs on the day) You will also receive some course notes and a certificate.
Please note, the photo shows some of the crystals we will be discussing during this class. You will not receive the crystals in the photograph.
This course is for over 18 year olds and over, however anyone aged 16-18 can attend, if their parent or guardian attends with them.
