Crystal Guasha
These are long palm crystal guashas. They are used to help promote circulation, to bring calm, release tension and help with relaxation. Anyone can use them, but make sure you cleanse them before and after use and do not apply too much pressure when using on the face as facial tissue is delicate and thin.
The length from the longest points is approximately 10 cm.
